    3 Phases of Change LLC is a small team of change management and human resources consultants who live and work in the Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill) area who bring over 20 years experience working inside organizations and as external consultants. We create change management plans which are repeatable to help keep you agile, adaptable, and prepared to handle the challenges of rapid change.

     

    Chances are you may have never had to create templates, strategies, and plans to manage organization change. This is where we can help you from a cost, experience, and knowledge perspective. We custom design your change management plans to help you optimize and leverage our knowledge base and current best practices to get the best out of your change efforts.

     

    We charge on a hourly basis and our rates are reasonable, because we don't have the a large overhead structure. No hidden fees or surprises. Once we have scope the work, submit our proposal, and gain commitment from the client we begin the project.
